Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Printers club expo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is valid for 7 days for printer parts and 15 days for printers from the date of delivery. If this period has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The printer or part must be unused or in original condition
  • Product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, cables, cartridges, and invoice
  • The item must not show signs of installation damage, physical damage, or misuse

We require a valid invoice or proof of purchase to process any return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used ink cartridges / toner cartridges
  • Printheads, maintenance boxes, drum units (if opened)
  • Software, license keys, or downloadable products
  • Special order or customized products
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or electrical issues

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a printer or part that is:

  • Physically damaged during delivery
  • Not working out of the box
  • Incorrect product delivered

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing video proof.

After inspection and approval, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the same product
    OR
  • Refund (if replacement is not available)

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Product is returned with missing accessories
  • Product shows minor usage marks
  • Original packaging is damaged
  • Return request is made after the allowed period but approved by management

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment gateway

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace printers or parts if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item delivered

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our mistake.

For expensive printers, we recommend using a trackable courier service and insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Warranty

Most printers and parts come with Manufacturer Warranty. Warranty claims after the return period must be processed directly through the brand’s authorized service center.
